you need to manually submit to some engines you may want
to go through the list.

one of LookSmart's partner sites, you may submit up to 5
URLs to be added or removed from the AltaVista search results
at no cost.
Ask
Jeeves Used
to allow manual submission but now goes through INEEDHITS.com
Excite Using
LookSmart
and other pay per click engines...Just submit to LookSmart
and you'll be fine here.
Also look at our pay-per-click search engine list.
Google Free
to submit to with no guarantee of a listing. This is an
important one as Yahoo pulls results from Google's directory
as well as their own.
Hotbot Check
to see if they are accepting submissions again. They have
been down for awhile.
Infospace Free
to submit to but you'll need to fill out a pretty lengthy
form to get listed. Infospace also borrows results from
The Open Directory Project and Inktomi's database.
Lycos Free
to submit to but it can take up to 2 or 3 weeks for your
URL to show up in their index. What do you expect for nothing?

Just
